Seller initially offered a $55 partial refund or a return label. I requested a return. He didn't initiate a return but said he would refund after receiving the item back. I started a return. Seller refused the package due to damaged package " which is what he shipped me". I had to contact eBay. You asked for a return, which you have to initiate.
