    Exceptional eBay seller. Pet proof screen wire was shipping via UPS. They delivered, but not to my address. I checked with the neighbors, and they did not receive it. Sent a note about the failed delivery to eBay who must have forwarded it to the seller. The seller immediately initiated a full refund even through it was not the seller’s (knivespot) fault. Hoped who received the screen wire would forward to me, but that has not happened. Really did NOT expect a refund. Thank you!
