I msg'd seller & they replied that they did not notice a smell. Um... CAUSE THEY SMOKE! The Smell of Dirty Ashtray Wafted up as soon as I sliced the packing tape to open the delivery. It is POLLUTED. They do not accept returns so I asked for a partial refund. She Said "I am a RETAILER...You GOT A GOOD PRICE" WHY DO SMOKERS THINK THEY SHLD BE ALLOWED TO SELL HEALTH & BEAUTY ITEMS? Ridiculous!
