Box was dumped outside with no notification. Box was badly damaged although the well wrapped contents survived. You need to change couriers. We have had parcels stolen before and leave our porch door unlocked for deliveries. I have attached pics of the state box was in.

Only thing needs improving is the response from sellers . They dispatched 1 mattress but not the other seller said yesterday they get back to me once they contacted the delivery company yet the tracking says created label 3 days ago , so not sure how they get hold of delivery company if they not sent it
