Told seller I had no need for any size different. Seller confirmed in writing that width was 12mm and thus the order was placed. When it arrived, width was only 8mm NOT 12mm. Contacted seller, enclosing photos of the measured screwdriver, its packaging plus the printed details. Seller was not cooperative and item was not replaced or refund. Advertisement was dishonest.
