The USPS Tracking was frozen from the beginning, saying "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending," and is still that way after over 2 weeks. Seller requested a status update, but still nothing changed, so they provided a refund. I feel the Seller provided Excellent Customer Service and did what they could. It is greatly appreciated!
