Also heavy, sharp bits and a lot of wiring that you'd need to be Doctor Who to work out quickly. However the staff at MH Star are top notch, and were kind, reasonable and apologetic, even when MY manners and patience were severely lacking, for which I'm very sorry. Avoid the chair, but the people are amazing.
