    The item did not work as specified. I reached out to the seller who couldn’t help and stopped replying to messages. He convinced me to buy another item from him for another £107 so I am now £189 out of pocket and do not have a product that works. I have officially been scammed by this seller and would advise that if you are looking to purchase you look elsewhere.

    I made a remote attempt to help. Your heaters were damaged and locked. I don't understand why this is such a bad attitude. You could have just returned the package. I really don't see the problem in me. These stoves are extremely complex and different. Analysis and calmness are required.
