    Paid for royal mail 48 sent by yodel, ignored my message for postage refund as yodel 1/2 the price. Arrived damaged, no apology from seller and then had to refund the lot. Poor service overall, would not use again.

    Buyer exceptionally rude now blocked. Yodel used as the post office tracking was not working. I packed the parcel well and posted the very next day. Buyer repeatedly demanded postage refund. Ebay does not work like this, delivery services are not guaranteed and if postage costs are more you cannot go to buyer for the extra costs and if costs are less you don't get some refunded. Buyer claimed damage in transit, as predicted! a refund was immediately issued, now he leaves a negative review. Avoid
