HOWEVER had seller TOLD ME ITEM HAD TO BE SIGNED FOR I could have made other arrangements. We do advise in our T's & C's that deliveries will need to be signed for, as proof of delivery. We are not sure why you have had issues trying to contact us but we can assure you we are not able to refuse messaging via eBay.
