    The original so to speak

    This is the original BBC drama of 1973-76 of 5 Dorothy l Sayers classic 1920's sleuth. Done, almost, word for word from the books - so you don't even have to read the books if you don't want to - something BBC seem to have forgotten these days. Most Excellent Ian Carmichael as the lead. Cant be done better, don't ya know.

    Revival

    I love the old series without shouting and no quick cars around the corner. Instead they are based on intelligence by the caracters and Ian Carmichael is perfect for the job. Perry Mason, Der Alte, Elliot Ness, Hercule Poirot, Robin Hood, Bonanza are all my favourites and I love to have been able to let my youth revive.
