    Lens arrived in perfect condition. Seller responded quickly when there appeared to be a problem with delivery. Not so happy with Evri. On Saturday got repeated messages from Evri saying they could not deliver and to claim a refund from the seller. Then the lens turned up this afternoon Wed 25/06/2025. No thanks to the Evri courier who made no effort to deliver the package to me, but left it lying on my next door neighbour back step.

    seeing into the Future

    This is an excellent camcorder for its price and quality, although I had a jumpy start not knowing that the camcorder needed to be formatted!!! This problem was quickly resolved by PC World remote assistance & I'm now away to a flying start making videos of the places I travel to. Suggestion I make is always buy the same manufacturer's make of equipment this stops the posibilities of compatiblity problems,, and always double the batteries & SD cards so as not to run out whilst videoing.
