The packaging was open on receipt and the computer inside was floating about. Informed the seller who blamed Royal Mail for the open package 50/50 in my view inappropriate packaging by the seller and a rough ride in transit by Royal Mail. On the plus side the computer was exactly as described and value for money. You did not pay us for a cardboard box, you paid for a desktop computer and you have received said desktop computer as advertised. I fail to see any real reason for a refund.
