Your main complaint was about cable ties?. You demanded a refund whilst I was away on holiday to the point where I had to pay my own money to get it shipped back (I then refunded quickly). I’d avoid this buyer.Follow-up from: o***t- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Given the vendor's response to my feedback, he simply doesn't understand eBay's definition of 'New' , nor that the rules specify he has to pay for the return when as item is not as described or faulty.
