    Fine, but hard to install

    This replacement Ring is the right one for our old Presto Pressure Cooker, but was very hard to install. I'm sure it was because of the age of our's. Good thing is to know you can still get replacement parts for discontinued Presto Pressure Cooker models yet.

    Fits exactly as described

    For 46 years, I've been using my pressure cooker, and every so often have to replace the Sealing Ring. The local "parts" store no longer carried my model. I am thrilled that I found it on eBay!

    Good tight fit

    It did not easily slip into the groove. It had a hump (excess size) that was difficult to get into the groove. This is possibly the way it was designed so it would not want to come out on its own. The groove in the lid was slightly corroded and had to be scraped to allow the new ring to fit in. This is only because of the cooker and not a problem with the new ring.
