These tablets are so easy to swallow. I know I have to take 6 a day but it is still much easier than having to chop up a large one. Also these do NOT upset my stomach. I only take (2) a day but Ankle pain has gone away!
I only take (2) a day but I take so many other supplements daily (around 15 AM and 15 PM) that I feel 2 of these should be sufficient. I was having ankle issues but after these to my daily regimen along with Calcium supplements. My ankle is no longer soar and painful. So its either these or the calcium.
