      I am very pleased with the glasses thank you, However the lack of communication and willingness to help or even prepare the glasses for collection was very difficult. Part of an EBay selling agreement requires the seller to prepare the goods, for collection or delivery, on arrival to collect with boxes supplied by us, the glasses were unwrapped and the collection company had to wrap each individual piece, fortunately they kindly did. This added to extra costs and inconvenience for all.

      The listing clearly stated - collection only. The items for sale were a large number of breakable crystal glasses with decanters. As soon as the buyer purchased the items, she messaged me to say could I wrap them, box them and send them. Then few messages followed to pressure me into send them!. I maintained that she can cancel the order or collect as the listing stated. I suggest that this buyer read the listing carefully in the future and accept what and how the seller is selling the items.
