The first package he told me it got lost but then told eBay it was send to wrong address. I looked up tracking number and it never left his location. Second package was send to replace first one and didn’t move for 5 days from his location. He gave a lot of lip service and not a lot of results nothing he told me matched up. Took 12 days of runaround emails to finally get my package. As soon as we became aware of this issue, we shipped out a second pair of the same cleats on July 7 via USPS Priority Mail. For a few days, there was no movement on the tracking. A service request with USPS was open which the buyer received as well as a number to call. He was welcomed to call this number to verify the status with the service request. We was informed that USPS had been experiencying delays.
