I only purchased because it was new since I knew with the high shipping to Canada, I could not return. Very poor value and customer service. I would not trust their description. The picture was far away that so the condition was not clear. When I make a mistake, I own it and work to make it right. In this case, I stand by the item's condition. I responded quickly and followed the proper eBay process by directing buyer to initiate a return.
