    Great Copy of This Book

    The book arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. It is a beautifully rendered book and I have wanted it for a long time. This edition is not in print anymore and is difficult to find. The price was “reasonable” but I couldn’t ask for a more perfect copy. The pages show no damage, words/markings nor folded pages. I am pleased with my purchase.

A huge range of topics is covered and in a way that is relatively accessible. The writing is much better than others from this time period. The Diamond Jubilee edition is more expensive than some others, but is worth it if you can find it for a good price. Fantastic pictures/illustrations with great descriptions. Also get Hall’s “Lectures on Ancient Philosophy.”
