      A really useful piece of equipment

      As with all cordless tools from Makita this is an excellent machine, of good quality, robust design and high performance. There are many other similar tools from other manufacturer's but this far exceeds these other makes. With interchangeable batteries with other tools in the range which all use the same battery, it is the perfect additional tool for the serious tradesman or anyone with a major DIY project.

      Absolutely fantastic. The advantages of mains, but on a battery.

      All the torque and power of your mains sds+ drill but on a battery, which means that you can drill through masonry and concrete outdoors, not have to worry about threatening rain, and you are spared the hassle of an extension cable. I fixed a length of 4x2 to a concrete post in almost no time at all. It absolutely powered through the concrete. I swear by Makita tools. They never disappoint.
