I tried to explain to the Director of Operations and she was so belligerent and arrogant and then accused me of being rude! I keeped the smaller stemware for my liquor and had no more communications with her! He doesn't know me and has no business talking to me the way he did. When I asked him to send me pictures he backed off and disappeared. Because he's a liar. He has been reported to eBay and blocked. PLEASE Be careful selling to this person.
