You must go on line to get decent instructions as to how to set it up and use it. I have found the 4" screen a bit too small to see easily so rely mostly on the spoken instructions. Good quality product. Pretty easy to use...
Good quality product. Pretty easy to use and nice, clear maps. But...not sure I like it. It tries too hard to find shortcuts and takes you down farm tracks and roads that are closed or otherwise impassable. Wish it would just stick to routes you can actually use. Also, the spoken instructions are often really bad. It says things like turn right onto A417 , but the road it wants you to take is not the A417. Or any other A-road, for that matter. Or even a B- or C-road. You end up driving 20 miles down tiny farm roads and eventually come out on the A417, which you could have reached by just turning right at the next roundabout and it would have been way quicker. I have the Avoid unpaved roads option enabled but it doesn t seem to know that. And it says keep right when it wants you to go straight on and the right-hand lane is for right turn only. Dangerous. Where are the mini roundabouts??
