Although seller refunded me promptly and in full when I notified them of the issue, the seller also blamed ME for the item being broken because I was not in the first time Royal Mail had attempted delivery and I had to have it redelivered. They also chased me about collecting my redelivered item, asking why I had not collected it yet an hour after redelivery.
