It all came though as describe however a couple of drive cages were missing however once questioned with the company they were sent out via 24 hour post and have been received all good.     Does exactly what it says in the listing, I had a dell mini pc with a bios lock and I made an enquiry to see if it could be removed. I sent my pc in and it was done very quickly.
