It’s clear that you are running the goods up and after two days and four invoices and a few messages we have no response from you so we cancelled the auction if you wanted these good so much you would’ve reached out and spoke to us about paying in a few days or you would’ve paid. Contacted seller who denied the cause and extent of the damage and tried to fob me off with replacements of a few packets. Forced to escalate for refund. I was upset to then receive two inappropriate messages (see images) personally insulting me - completely disproportionate to an issue with some children’s stickers. First of all, all Topps and panini stickers are vacuum packed to stop them becoming bent , secondly the fact the customer says they where damaged by the heat says it all , what she doesn’t mention is the full refund of the stickers , and we are still waiting for the damaged ones to be returned which we have about as much chance of this happening as winning the lottery
