However they sent me the wrong item, and then said they no longer have it in stock, which isn't so good as I now have to find it elsewhere and it has wasted my time.     Communication was terrible with this seller. They sent a lock from China to Australia and the voice activation is all in Chinese could not change it to English to set it up. Any time I message them it took like a week to get back to me. So I returned the item. About a month had passed and still no refund so had to open a case with Ebay to get a resolve.
