I'm a repeat customer, I purchased 2 pair of women's shoes (total weight with packaging was 1 lb. 14 oz.) I messaged/requested combined shipping 4 times, seller never responded to my request. I was charged a total of $19.98 (both pair were packaged together) which is a little excessive. The method/shipper was FedEx, the package shipping cost should have be a little lower. Both pair of shoes were as described, great shoes, great price.

They were as pictured in the listing but the seller must not have looked inside the boots at the manufacturer’s labels there. At least I prefer to give them the benefit of doubt, especially since they only cost me $12 plus shipping. But be aware that this seller may not know what they are actually selling, or may be deceitful.
