    Itm as described. Communication was good. One major flaw with this transaction was the failure of the seller to place a sticker on the package outlining that VAT had already been paid. VAT was paid on purchase and then charged again by customs on transit into receiving country. This would have been avoided with the placement of a sticker. A case had to be opened with eBay and a refund of the double charge took a few weeks and much communication before being sorted. Annoying and time consuming.
