Surprised that it's not mandatory by law!!!
You can see people even if they are deressed in dark clothes and riding a bleeping bike with NO bleeping LIGHTS a night on an unlit road. BAM! Just saved yourself three years for causing death by driving without due care and attention!!!!!!!! High contrast! People will be forgiven if they think you paid me for this review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
