The advertisement was cleverly placed in such a way that you thought you are getting the whole product including the valve. However you don’t get what you see. 2 pieces of rubber washers for a fiver? That is a rip off. Returning the product is not worth it as the charge is as astronomical as the price. I have bought the washers and ceramic discs from the company before which was more or less useless in resolving my problem. Serve me right for not reading the advertisement thoroughly. Now I have useless and overpriced items which I don’t need.
