I’m very pleased with the speed in which my order was despatched. The pillboxes came carefully packaged and clearly addressed. The pillboxes are exactly as described. The whole box is for 7 days; then each little box is divided into 4 and is detachable , so useful for a day out. This item is great for organising large prescriptions. Delighted with the price too. Seller listed as new. Was not new. They sent a used dirty gum shield and expected me to use on a child. I sent them the pictures of the dirty gum shield and used packaging. I emailed 3 times and they kept replying the same thing. They didn't want to provide me a returns label as they were hoping I would give up and go away. I did not. I had to ask ebay to step in and got my refund. If they had saved me the hassle of chasing them for a refund I would not be writing a negative review right now.
