Seller has poor communication. I asked them for a replacement, and they did not even mention the word replacement. And told me to return the item. they describe the condition is new yet my 12 inch diameter by 12 inch long PVC cut had dents and scrapes in it even though I bought it for a pet a fish aquarium they say they buy it but trucks ship it how can they label it as new condition. That’s toxic and disgusting. These people don’t care about the customer and now after pay return shipping. FK U
