"1 star short of five!"
I was so pleased to receive this 3 port HDMI Switch Splitter to save tracing cables and plugging separately into my tv. The device is good value and serves my media player together with a Firestick. The only reason I have nominated 4 stars instead of five is because it cannot seem to accommodate my Panasonic tv recorder. The screen keeps flickering and sometimes turns off completely! I have taken the HDMI cable out from the Splitter to test whether it is my connections at fault but there are no malfunctions with the tv recorder plugged directly into the back of the tv! A bit disappointing but not the end of the world I guess!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy to use, auto and manual switching.
This unit is easy to connect and allows switching between 3 HDMI ports provided they are not always on devices such as Satellite boxes. Manual switching is easily done with a push button selector and an LED which shows which device is selected. We found however that the unit causes a degredation of the TV picture with slight blue ghosting. This is with a Samsung television, may be Ok with other TVs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

HD HDMI Switcher at a great price
I bought this to enable me to plug three devices (NOW TV box, Google Chromecast and a DVD player) into an HD television with only two HDMI ports. It is easy to use, the picture quality and sound are excellent, and an indicator light shows which port is in use. I had hoped it might auto-switch between sources, but it doesn't. Hence the missing star. However since one of the sources is Google Chromecast, which is always on, I suspected that would have to get an HDMI port of its own. But even with just the NOW TV box and the DVD connected, it doesn't auto-switch from one source when another is switched on. Just means I'll have to walk across the room and press the Select button to change sources. Only other comment is the Select button isn't easy to see in the semi dark jumble of cables behind my TV. If they'd made it white, or luminous, it would have been much easier to find. But overall a reasonable quality bit of kit at a decent price. Note this is HD quality (1920x1080 known as 1080p) - it's not 4K. That's fine, nor is my telly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works as I hoped.
Great little switcher, does exactly what I wanted, might even buy one "just in case" as I have just used up the last Hdmi port on another TV. Two minor points: The cable is rather short, and secondly I had to put electrical tape over the Blue LED`s as they are insanely bright, lighting up the ceiling.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great value
There is a note on the description to say it does not work with DVD players. I thought I would write this to let people know that this does work fine with the following: Sony BluRay player, cheap DVD player and UView box. As it states: it is intelligent as it switches over as a unit is switched on. Which is more than my more expensive previous unit did. And that was powered. Easy to use and works well
This unit replaced a previous one and has performed well. There are 2 versions of this type of HDMI splitter, I chose the one with a detachable output lead rather than the fixed one so that I could use it with my own longer lead than the one supplied with the unit to reach the rear of my TVVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Was great at first

Started OK, but something is wrong with it, keeps cuting out.
Does what it says, I use it to serve a Chrome Book and a PC laptop, one monitor, two devices, no more unplugging fragile HDMI plugs. I just need to figure out a way to do the same for external keyboard and mouse - might try a KVM switch just using the USB sockets. Q. Why does no-one make a USB splitter (onekeybaord/mouse to two devices) with manual switch-over? I don't get it...UPDATE: I bought a separate KVM switch for mouse and k/b and it is fine, but the HDMI switch is flaky and unreliable and cuts out at will.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Little Gadget
I was pretty sceptical because of the low price, but it works perfectly, i have only had it 1 day so hopefully it will continue to work well. I would of given it 5 stars but the lead is very short, it only just rests on my unit, would be much better if it was longer. Picture is still good quality so as long as you have good quality hdmi leads it should work well on all tv's.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
