although the item was packed in bubble wrap and paper, the bottom piece of the stand was broken in two. I managed to glue and tape it as there was no time to reorder. it would be better packed completely flat to avoid that issue

Apologies the item arrived damaged. We do try and pack these in a way that they won't get damaged, hence the bubble wrap and paper, but even so, sometimes items do get damaged, particularly if the courier isn't handling them correctly during transit, so we can only apologise on their behalf. If you contacted us directly, we could've looked into an immediate solution for rectifying the problem.
