All items are sold as quality non genuine items,unless stated on the description.Faulty/Damaged items must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods not required must be in sale able(not used or fitted) condition & returned in original packing on approval from us for refund less carriage costs.If the items are fitted incorrectly(ignition coils ordered incorrectly and fitted are classed as used i cannot resell them as new once fitted, please contact us to make sure you have the one you need),or the machine that they are fitted to is faulty/defective and the part is damaged and are broken on fitment,(check the main bearings and big end on the crankshaft before fitting a new cylinder kit as broken parts and fragments of metal get lodged behind the bearings and come out and damage the new cylinder kit also do a crankcase pressure test on the engine as per the manufactures procedure before starting the engine),or on some items run with the incorrect oil mix and it causes damage,we cannot exchange these items,We will however exchange items which are deemed faulty on our inspection.ISSUES - Should there be a problem with the item please contact us either by email or telephone before leaving feedback, please give us the chance to put right anything that is wrong.

    Burr

    Small burr on casting of cylinder head where carb bolts on,stop carb sealing properly.not on face where carb sit but where the bolt housing .not an issue just grind back and all's good. may not be on all products. But l found this on mine and if you find this on your easy to remedy. Apart from this good product and mine cutters running great.
