Ai sensi del D. Lgs. del 22 Maggio 1999 n. 185, il cliente ha diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto entro 7 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce. Per esercitare tale diritto e' obbligatorio inviare una mail attraverso ebay entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce. Il cliente verrá successivamente contattato al fine di chiarire le modalita' di restituzione della merce acquistata.

Pezzi non danneggiati o usati/montati. Le spese di spedizione ed i rischi di trasporto relativi alla restituzione della merce sono ad esclusivo carico del cliente.
