Put the inner in the freezer as soon as it arrived and a hour later I checked it and it was frozen but pliable so it bent around back of my neck perfectly. Bit annoyed the price was dropped by £2.10 the day it arrived, grrrrr!! I would definitely recommend this for anyone who suffered from migraines at the base of your skull that radiate in to your neck.

    Really helps with my neck pain

    This really does seem to work. I get a lot of neck pain due to arthritis and after using this it eases it very well.

    Not so good as claimed.

    Doesn't heat up in the times recommended to heat it up, will take forever and if you put more time, eg 2 mins to heat it to the desired temperature, it will burst-up the contents. Only worked twice and third time it burst-up.
