Obviously this is beyond the sellers control and Ebay deducted the cost of return shipping from his refund which is completely normal. It was only when the buyer realised this was the case that he started to claim the jeans weren't as described to try and avoid paying the return shipping. This misuse of returns ihas been noted by Trust and Safety. The jeans in question have now been sold to a happy customer
