Excellent product. The torsion spring pair does a great job on one of my garage doors. I am glad I went with 2 springs.
FYI: The springs did not exhibit any physical damage during shipping, but the shipping box took a beating. The shipping box was almost completely torn apart. See attached photos. I would like to suggest adding extra cardboard on each side of the spring pair to prevent the box from ripping apart.
