Simple and quick food.
Nigella is a simplistic cook. She tells of shortcuts you can take and how to use leftovers. Her recipes are inspiring. Even food you have cooked before gets a new twist on it in this book. I like the narrative accompanying each recipe. It's not only a Good cookbook but Good story book as well.

My friend introduced me to this book ive bought it for 2 other people , the recipes are so quick and easy to prepare and are delicious 😋, i had a birthday do and we done 3 of the recipes , the chicken and ribs and cocktail sausages and the trout pate is to die for , very impressive well done Nigela 👏

Mixed bunch
Everyone has a different opinion on what constitutes good reciepe content this personally was a mixed bunch, and like all cookery books some dishes they do not appeal. All recipes are quite simple, and to me a lot were what I call cheats, using ready prepared ingredients and some items not available in our local supermarket IE jars of caramelised opinion and a special steak sauce. On the whole a interesting book and second hand for the price worth the purchase.
