I bought this film because I have the original and quite enjoyed it. The first one was entertaining, although Michael Madsen with a mullet is more disturbing than any vampire... Anyway, thought this would be worth a look. How wrong I was. The acting is really terrible at times, watch out for the crooked preacher man. Enough to convert anyone to the ways of Satan. I was intrigued about the combination of vampires and cowboys - something that is hinted at in the True Blood series - but here the mixture doesn't work at all. Tedious story with no context provided from the first film. Billy the Kid is a vampire who wants to take over the world by using a small western town to create a vampire army. But why? And the whys just keep coming, until you have to ask why did someone think this film ... I bought this film because I have the original and quite enjoyed it. I would rather be appalled by the sheer awfulness of a film than driven to slumber because it is boring. There's really no excuse for making aboring vampire fick. I wouldn't bother with this unless you are an insomniac, and even then do you really want nightmares for the wrong reasons?

if your expecting this to be as good as the first then you like me will be dissapointed.the story is not bad but the content is poor and slow with stiff carracters.
