      Blast from the Past

      i always loved chorlton and the wheelies growing up. watching it now with my children i'm amazed how something so simple had such a mass appeal. the animation is basic to say the least but that in itself is its magic, no gizmo's or things, just stop and go animation. the stories are good, the characters funny yet retaining that fairy tale quality. i decided to buy chorlton to show my kids how TV used to be, before the CGI age and the computer age, aside from Nick Park and the exellent wallace and grommit no one else is doing this anymore, cosgrove hall gave us this, plus loads of other great animation over the years including Dangermouse, Count Duckula to name just two. chortlon and the wheelies may have whizzed off into the dim and distant past of kids TV but i think their appeal is ...

      Hello little old lady..........

      This show was & still is brilliant. The stop-motion animation isn't all that but what makes it truely outstanding is the voices. They are hilarious they range form Welsh to German & every one is perfect. The characters are really well written & although this is just a kids TV programme, to me it is on a parr with Shakespeare.

      Chorlton and the Wheelies.

      Love it, love it, love it. It really reminds me of my childhood and now I can share it with my children. I watched the whole lot as soon as it arrived and I had forgotten how good it was! The DVD was of good quality with no damage or defects. A fab buy.

      chorlton and the wheelies-series 1 dvd 2001

      This is a series i watched with my children when they were young and now their children have had a chance to see it as well and they love it.i as you will realise from this am not very young anymore .This is a firm family favourite and can be enjoyed by all ages regards

      Chorlton and the Wheelies - Series 1

      This was what I was brought up on as a kid, its a pure nostalgia trip watching it all again, the accents, the characters, the plasticine animation all seems poor by todays standards, but still better as the quality outclasses the same old same old they churn out.
