    You'll love and live every minute of it!

    I was disappointed that Rachel Ward was not playing the main part of Meggie in the later filming. ........other than that I shall enjoy just as much as when it was first on our screens. One of the best love stories ever.

    Romantic Drama set in Australia

    Having originally watched the series on television many years ago, I was delighted that it has stood up to time. The characters are very creditable and there are some very moving scenes as the story enfolds and the viewer is absorbed.

    Brilliant love story of live in Australia between a priest and a young girl

    Lovely story of the forbidden love between a young girl and a priest, following both of them throughout their respective lives, with the ups and downs and the joys and sorrows throughout the years. One of the best stories I have ever watched, recommended as a good read for anyone who loves a good love story with the saddest and happiest times of their lives
