Love this dvd. Really works your core and arms and I feel fitter and more toned after just a couple of weeks. Doing it 2-3 times a week will really help you. I haven't done exercise for a good couple years due to new job and my kids activities taking over etc so I'm determined to get my body and mind back in good shape.
