I am in awe of the talent of both of these great artists. It is wonderful that two of different generations come together, share their experience of these wonderful songs. Their taste is exquisite, as is their timing and the rethinking of approach to these extraordinary songs that have been sung by so many, but the moment is always recaptured when interpreted by hearts and minds that are in love with the lyrics and talented enough to make them their own for those moments in time. Calm, thoughtful, always loving. A privilege for me to understand once again how magical lyrics can be transformed time and time again by thoughtful artists who understand completely what they have to say. I am in awe of the talent of both of these great artists. It is wonderful that two of different generations come together, share their experience of these wonderful songs.
