I love Suzanne Bowen as an instructor. I always do DVD's that use real trainers and not celebrities. I really enjoyed this DVD but you realise that Pilates is pretty challenging. I struggled with a couple of moves but I've done the workout all the way through a few times and I feel I'm getting better each time. I alternate this DVD with a HIIT workout DVD. Having used the DVD for the past 5 days I can already feel and see the benefits. Some exercises maybe difficult to start for those whom have never done Pilates or Yoga, but the instructor shows easier options for you. For the price, it's great.
