We've made our Terms and Conditions as easy and brief as possible as no one likes to read them, but by placing your order with 'us/we/our' (GIZMO-DEALS), you accept the following.
 
1. Prices
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional prices/offers only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel.
 
2. Availability
All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only. If on receipt of your order the goods are not available in stock we will notify you, and offer to refund you for any sum that has been paid by you, or allow you to wait until available in stock.
 
3. Delivery
Charges for delivery may not be included in the product price and will be provided on checkout (before you submit your card details). Every effort is made to ensure a prompt despatch of your order and delivery within the stated delivery days. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to check all items ordered are included within the delivered consignment. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
3.1 Delivery times. All UK orders are sent by either next day courier or 1st class (1-2 business days estimated). International orders are sent by Airmail (3 - 10 days estimated delivery).
 
4. Ordering
Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us and your order is only accepted once we despatch. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. Payment shall be due before the order is processed for despatch. Payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle 'us' to terminate the contract immediately.
 
5. Returns and Refunds
 
5.1 Faulty Goods (within 6 months of despatch)
If your purchase develops a fault within 6 months of despatch, we will exchange, replace or refund the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
 
5.2 Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 60 days of delivery.
 
5.3 Unwanted Goods (within 60 days of receipt)
We will accept the item back for a full refund up to 60 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.
 
5.3.1 Unwanted Goods (outside 60 days of receipt)
No goods are accepted outside of the 60 day returns policy.
 
6. Lost items
GIZMO-DEALS use mail services to despatch items to customers. UK items are sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on order value. Foreign orders are sent Airmail. In the unlikely event that items do not arrive the buyer must allow 10 working days (UK) and 15 days (outside UK) to establish the item as lost. After that period has expired the buyer must contact GIZMO-DEALS.
 
7. Site Information
Any goods, services or information displayed should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy products or services on the site. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this site.     Handy little things!

    Definitely recommend these, obviously when I searched for them there were hundreds of different ones came up but I decided on these ones because it actually had reviews on it & they were all good. Have already had a few nasty big spots since receiving so I got to try them out, they definitely work! There are so many different types & sizes to choose from depending on the spot/blackhead/whitehead size etc. They're really good quality too, much better than using your fingers to squeeze a spot, these get everything out.

    Great product, good quality.

    So I don't normally buy cheaper versions of items for my skin, however this set is well made, very sturdy and at such a reasonable price. There are various tools and although no instructions come with it, you can type the Brand on the nice case it comes in on Google and there is a user and cleaning guide. I have used two of the tools on my problem area which is my chin, I have acne and combination skin. They instantly made a difference after the process! Advice is, you do need to cleanse your face prior, then use a hot facecloth to open your pores. Have cotton pads ready for wiping when you successfully pop your spots and also wipe with an antiseptic or antibacterial solution on the tool between each contact so to avoid spreading or reinfection on your face or problem area.     This is the second set I bought, gave first one to my daughter. The tools are easy to use and keep clean. Better than using finger tips as more accurate and precise especially in harder to reach areas like the nose. Handy case suitable for make up bag or handbag. Would recommend

    Blackheads beware!

    Having a teenager with unruly skin this product is a must.. Absolutely brilliant at shifting blackheads without damaging the skin. No more endless squeezing at the mirror in the morning! To those who aren't squeamish.. This product is fun, yes I said it.. Its fun and disgusting all at once, all that said I now have a happy son who is blackhead free and ready to face college life with confidence that nobody is staring at the blackhead on his nose. My only problem is I wish I had found this years ago, a definite must for the bathroom cabinet, easy to use and hygienic (rather than using your fingers) my best buy so far.
