    A good set of ideas

    I bought this book for my daughter, who has been recently diagnosed with type2 diabetes. This book has some good ideas for quick easy meals which are suitable for diabetics, and my daughter has tried a couple of the recipes so far. I recommend this book.

    Just about ok

    Very disappointing, big book but not a lot in it, i would never recommend it, very disappointing considering it's from Diabetes UK...The book could be half it's size and that would make it a lot better. Basically it's a basic little book with very few ideas and recipes dressed up as a big book.
