I was pleasantly surprised when the press arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately on opening the press it was not the one that I ordered however this was sorted very quickly and the right one was then sent out and still arrived before I expected the first one. The customer service was excellent and they answered questions I had quickly. The actual heat press pressure seems a little uneven but this may because it is a clam press. Overall I am happy with my purchase for the price I paid.

Not for wraps
Overall a great press, however when doing edge to edge wraps the edges are faded and at times you can see the coils of the heating element however great for logos, writing or any design that doesn't go to the edges.

Was set up in seconds literally second.! Had it opened out the box and a mug done in 5 minutes lol instructions are vague and doesn’t tell you what temp for mugs or how to set the temperature etc but you can YouTube that, the press itself is fab it heats up really fast the leaver works at ease it’s a solid sturdy machine and it’s a fraction of the price of some other machines defo buy this if your into mugs bottles etc you won’t be disappointedWas set up in seconds literally second.!
